Uh oh, it looks like Jungkook (전정국) was involved in a vehicle accident over the weekend, 2nd November to be exact.

Jungkook, a member of K-pop boy band BTS, is under a police investigation for causing a auto accident in Seoul, police said Monday. A police officer in charge of traffic accidents said the case does not involve drunk driving. Police say they are investigating Jungkook over a traffic accident on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, involving the band member and a taxi driver.

In a country where many K-pop celebrities are bashed online over their behaviour, from alleged indecent dressing to bullying in their school-days, they fear that Jungkook will get unreasonable hate comments too.

According to the police in Seoul's Yongsan precinct, the two drivers were not hurt and later received treatment for minor injuries in a hospital.

BTS's agency, Big Hit Entertainment, said in a statement that 'neither Jungkook or the driver in another auto were severely injured'.

The assertion continued: "Jungkook admitted that he violated the street Visitors Act instantly after the accident".

"Immediately after the accident took place, Jungkook admitted he had violated the traffic laws. and reached an amicable settlement with the victim".

Huge Hit confirmed in a press release: "The police haven't closed this case but, so we can't reveal the precise particulars, however Jungkook was driving his automotive final week when he had a minor collision with one other automobile on account of his personal mistake. We also apologise to the fans for causing concerns".
