IS issued a statement Saturday taking responsibility for the stabbing and shooting attacks Friday evening.

The three men were armed with knives and an automatic weapon and carried out near-simultaneous attacks at two locations.
"The payments made by the Palestinian Authority to terrorists and their families encourage heinous attacks like we saw today", Dannon said.
According to officer, two assailants opened fire on a group of officers who returned fire, and a third stabbed the border female officer a short distance away before being shot.
So far in 2017, at least 30 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli security forces and settlers.
"The three hero martyrs who executed the Jerusalem operation have no connection to Daesh (Islamic State), they are affiliated with the PFLP and Hamas", Hamas' Izzat El-Reshiq wrote on Twitter.
With eight days remaining of Ramadan, Israeli security forces are reassessing the situation in an effort to keep the area safe for all residents and visitors to the city.
The daily visits for non-Muslims, which include tourists, are rejected by the Waqf, which says they were resumed by the Israel government in 2003 without their coordination. All were from the same village near Ramallah in the West Bank and had been detained in the past for suspected "terrorist" activities.

Terror group ISIS claimed responsibility of the attack, reaffirming that the attack was premeditated and not improvised.
"Of course, the Palestinian Authority is refusing to condemn the murder and the same authority will now pay financial compensation to the murderers' families", he said at the start of the weekly cabinet meeting.
Meanwhile, Israeli military officials said they believed Friday night's attacks were carried out by local individuals without a formal link to any group.
Israel had eased restrictions on the entrance of Palestinians from the West Bank for Ramadan.
Israel's Shin Bet internal security agency identified the three Palestinians as Bara Saleh, born in 1998; Adel Ankoush, born in 1999; and Asama Atta, born in 1998.
It stepped up a campaign against the fund after a wave of Palestinian attacks began in September 2015.
