Police say four people, one woman and three men, were found dead inside the store.
Four people, including the shooter, are dead in a shooting at Weis Market.
WKOK-AM reported that the gunman fired randomly in the store in addition to targeting the victims, and that the witness who escaped unharmed was the person who called Wyoming County 911 dispatchers.
There have also been other grocery store shootings during 2017.
It is through a Twitter account linked to that account that he shared many files connected to this shooting right around midnight that night, including a detailed audio account of what he planned to do, many of those details matching what state police say happened. The shooter and victims were not immediately identified.

TUNKHANNOCK, Pa. (AP) - A supermarket employee brought two guns to work overnight Thursday and fatally shot three fellow employees before turning the gun on himself, Pennsylvania state police said.
Investigators were looking at Stair's online activity for clues to his motive, troopers said.
At a press conference later Thursday, officials said they believe Stair fired 59 shots and attempted to block the entrances and exits during the first 90 minutes of his shift, before opening fire. One of the men had opened fire on the other three people before he killed himself.
Troopers said the incident was "contained" and that the public was not presently in any danger.
