A road rage incident in California escalated into a serious accident that left one person injured.

Around 5:45 a.m., witnesses driving southbound on State Road 14 near Newhall Avenue in Santa Clarita, California, filmed an altercation between the motorcyclist and the driver of a silver sedan, according to California Highway Patrol Public Information Officer Joshua Greengard.

In the video, a motorcyclist kicks the driver side of a vehicle in the carpool lane.

The driver of the auto doesn't take kindly to the road rage, replying with some of his own by swerving dangerously towards the man on the motorcycle, but the drivers actions result in him losing control of his vehicle.

California Highway Patrol is investigating and says one or two people may have been taken to the hospital, but no information is now available on their conditions.

A motorcyclist kicked at a vehicle in an apparent case of road rage, kicking off a chain reaction crash that overturned an uninvolved truck, and authorities are now looking for that motorcycle rider.

The top Democrat on the committee criticized the Federal Bureau of Investigation for withholding that information. As Johnson explained, without a search warrant, he and his employees had no power to enter the DNC headquarters.

The motorcyclist fled the scene, Greengard said. "After hitting the divider, the Nissan was deflected into southbound traffic #2 lane (next to the vehicle pool lane) and broadsided the Cadillac, which caused it to overturn", he said. Tim Morrison and Chris Traber were on their way to work in Santa Clarita when they saw a auto cut off a motorcycle.

In the video, the auto ricochets off the barrier and into traffic, where it barrels into the driver's door of a white pickup truck, flipping it onto its roof. It then careens back into traffic, colliding with a pickup truck.

"Obviously it was a road-rage incident".

"We need to get the motorcyclist's side of the story to see what led up to this incident".

The man who shot the footage turned it in to police. "Hopefully by doing this, it can help him out".
