Goa Board of Secondary & Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has declared the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) result 2017 today starting from 10:30.

Around 16,901 students which include 8,739 girls and 8,162 boys had appeared for the class XII board examinations across the state for the academic year 2016-17.
Opioid-Related Deaths Could Be Underestimated
Across the country, more than 90 people die every day of an opioid overdose, but the crisis might be even worse than we know. That means a number of drug-related deaths are not being counted, since surveillance systems mainly track overdose deaths .

The students of Higher Secondary Schools located in Bardez, Tiswadi, Pernem, Bicholim, Sattari, Ponda and Dharbandoda can collect their results cum marksheets from Board's Office, Porvorim, Bardez, Goa. Students can send GOA12 space SEAT NUMBER to 56263, 58888 or 5676750. The Goa Board HSSC exams were conducted between March 1 to 22 and now the Board will declare the results for all the four streams at once. The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education was established on 27 May 1975 under "The Goa, Daman and Diu Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Act, 1975".
The Official statistics put forth by the GBSHSE has stated that, for 2017, a total of 16901 will receive the outcome of their hard work in the form of GBSHSE Class 12 Result. This Year it released Goa GBSHSE HSSC Results 2017 on 27th April 2017. The Heads of the Institutions/ Colleges can collect those Passing Certificates/ Statements from the prescribed centres for the collection of results.
