Authorities say a student has been wounded in a stabbing by another student at Bradford High Tuesday morning. The Bradford High School Principal is trying to reassure students and parents that kids will be safe tomorrow.

A Bradford High School student was taken into custody after reportedly stabbing another student Tuesday morning at the school. The weapon used in the incident was recovered, according to the release.

Police say a school resource officer immediately took the suspect, another student, into custody.

A release issued at 9:30 a.m. said the school was in "soft lockdown", although the suspect was in custody and there was no further threat to students, staff, or the community.
