Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has accused the referee of "shafting" Bayern Munich in their Champions League defeat to Real Madrid.

Real Madrid have booked their spot in the semi-finals of the Champions League after recording a 4-2 victory over Bayern Munich in the second leg of their quarter-final at the Bernabeu on Tuesday night.

"It would have been very exciting to see how the game would have panned out if it was still 2-1 after 110 or 115 minutes".

"Perhaps the fans won't boo him any more, but this is the Bernabeu and it can happen from time to time and he knows that", said the former France captain. His Real Madrid counterpart Zinedine Zidane did not want to discuss the refereeing but he claimed Bayern's second goal could have also been ruled offside. Otherwise incompetent referees will continue to decide critical matches.

"I think we deserved more", fumed Ancelotti.

Bayern were defeated 4-2 after extra-time at the Bernebeu and Neuer injured his foot in the build up to Cristiano Ronaldo's third goal. "He knocked us out".

Chile midfielder Vidal directly blamed Kassi for their defeat.

McDonald's employees lead police to alleged murder
Facebook says the suspect allegedly uploaded a video at 11:09 a.m. local time on Sunday declaring his intent to commit murder. Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson publicly urged Stephens to turn himself in to police and not to "do any more harm to anybody".

Real Madrid sit atop the La Liga table with 75 points from 31 games while Barcelona are just three points behind having played a game more (32) than their Spanish rivals.

Defender Mats Hummels said the decisions "hurt", while Jerome Boateng said, "10 against 14 is hard to play".

Reports from Spain also claim Vidal, Robert Lewandowski and Thiago Alcantara all stormed into the referee's dressing room after the match to voice their anger.

However, no Bayern players spoke of the decisions that helped their side on the night.

Five minutes later and Ronaldo made Champions League history by becoming the first player to score 100 goals in this illustrious competition when he completed the ideal hat-trick from close range. An own goal gave Bayern renewed hope but Arturo Vidal was sent off for a tackle in which replays showed he won the ball.

He was being outshone by the likes of Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar both in the Spanish league and in the Champions League.

Germany goalkeeper Manuel Neuer suffered a fractured left foot as Ronaldo completed his hat-trick but no time frame has yet been put on his recovery.
