Advertisers fleeing Bill O'Reilly - but viewers aren't

The popular Fox News Channel host raised that very question when he told viewers during the last few minutes of his "O'Reilly Factor" broadcast on Tuesday night that he would take a few days off as part of a pre-planned vacation even as controversy swirled around him. "Put it to good use", he told his viewers on Tuesday's episode of "The O'Reilly Factor", Variety reported.

His show has been losing advertisers since The New York Times published an investigative exposé that revealed five women who alleged O'Reilly had sexually harassed or verbally abused them had received $13 million in payments in exchange for not pursuing litigation or speaking publicly about the accusations. "Last fall, I booked a trip that should be terrific", he said.

The current plan is for O'Reilly to return April 24.

Attorneys for the law firm Paul, Weiss (hired last summer by 21st Century Fox to investigate Roger Ailes, the CEO who resigned amidst his own sexual misconduct affair), are now doing a "deep dive" investigation into O'Reilly's behavior. The matter has led dozens of advertisers to pull their commercials from the time slot in which his show, "The O'Reilly Factor" airs. Walsh and O'Reilly had dinner in Los Angeles in 2013, but when Walsh refused his invitation to go back to his hotel room, his attitude changed and she was soon dropped from the show, according to Walsh.

AACC hosts annual Easter egg hunt
Shepherd said as she looked through the large mouth hole of the approximately three-foot tall Easter bunny head. Each egg was filled with candy and small prizes, and these kids were also very quick to scoop up these eggs.

As Fox News has had to shift ads around its schedule, "The O'Reilly Factor" refugees have likely displaced some other, lower-cost advertisers. Lawyers hired last summer by 21st Century Fox to investigate Roger Ailes are now doing a "deep dive" investigation into O'Reilly's behavior.

So, to educate the Big Cheeto on the proper response for when his friends are getting accused of harassment - which is to NOT discredit the accusers - Oliver made a decision to place a PSA right where POTUS would see it... "Not going to tell you where it is but.I'll have a full report when I return". "And if you've got a friend who was accused of something like that over and over again, I might think twice about defending him, because that just contributes to a culture where women don't want to come forward".

These lawyers are reportedly focused on harassment claims against O'Reilly by Walsh after she reported her allegations via the company's anonymous hotline.
