Ed Sheeran celebrates Galway Girl hit with misspelled tattoo

Ed Sheeran confessed he is now stuck with an incorrectly spelled tattoo after his actress pal Saoirse Ronan purposely wrote "Galway GRILL" instead of "GIRL".

The Atonement star appears in the new video for his hit Galway Girl, which was filmed in Galway last week, and he asked her to write the title of the song on him in her handwriting.

"It actually says Galway Grill".

"Like, full on, she really took the [rip] out of me with this one".

Earlier rumors also suggest that there will be a larger version, called the Mi 6 Plus, which will have a bigger 5.7 inch screen. It comes with a 5.15-inch display with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass protection on top.

But despite being left with the unfortunate new inking, Ed has seen the amusing side and isn't holding any grudges.

"I'm actually kind of proud of her".

Meanwhile, it's been revealed that Ed will be following Bruce Springsteen, Kylie Minogue and other superstars into the castaway hot seat when he joins 'Desert Island Discs' as Kirsty Young's guest, when the series returns to BBC Radio 4 on Sunday 7 May.

Kevin told MailOnline: "We've spent about 40 hours on Ed over the past year, and keeping it a secret was probably the hardest bit". Or whatever that bird-related quote is. For a little geeky ginger kid - which was what he was like when I first met him - he used to take seven or eight hours at a time, he was proper hardcore he would proper go for it.
