Federal appeals court again rejects Trump's travel ban
The Ninth Circuit Court ruled only that Trump had failed to fulfill requirements under immigration laws that govern when the president may stop entry of foreign nationals into the country. To back up this argument they cited a tweet made by Donald Trump , which said the countries themselves were unsafe, rather than the people in them.
