Oil rich gulf state Qatar refuses to negotiate with its Arab neighbors unless all measures imposed are lifted as the current diplomatic crisis in the region continues.
"Until now we didn't see any progress about lifting the blockade, which is the condition for anything to move forward", Sheikh Mohammed said.

In 2014, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) member states reached an agreement obliging to refrain from interference in the internal affairs of the parties to the deal.
The group was established in 1981 and includes the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
The other Arab powers accuse Qatar of supporting Islamist militants, which it denies, and some of them have criticised Al Jazeera as a terrorist mouthpiece and an agent of interference in their affairs. The countries that imposed the sanctions gave Qataris two weeks to leave, which expired on Monday.
Saudi Arabia, Egypt and a number of gulf nations on June 5 abruptly cut diplomatic and commercial ties with Qatar, home to a major US military base in the region, citing a range of complaints from its ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and Iran to its funding of the Arab-language news agency Al-Jazeera.

The Turkish president, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, has been outspoken in his support for the Qatari cause, condemning the Saudi-led blockade as "almost like a death sentence" for Qatar.
Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu late Friday held talks with Saudi King Salman in Mecca aimed at easing the crisis over the diplomatic and economic isolation of Ankara's ally Qatar. Last week, United States president Donald Trump called Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, and offered to help resolve the dispute.
