Attorneys for Dominique Huett of NY filed a negligence lawsuit Tuesday in Los Angeles Superior Court accusing Weinstein of performing oral sex on her against her wishes at a Beverly Hills hotel in 2010.
Attorney Gloria Allred also on Wednesday in NY held her second press conference in two days unveiling another woman claiming Weinstein sexually assaulted her. Actress Natassia Malthe told reporters that Weinstein barged into her London hotel room late at night in 2010, removed his trousers, began masturbating and then forced himself on her. She suggested this may not be within the statutes of limitation, but Haleyi's allegations could still be of interest to law enforcement investigations into Weinstein.
Huett says she initially refused but ultimately complied "with his demands and performed the massage", which allegedly led to him asking to perform oral sex on her.
A former Weinstein Co. production assistant has come forward alleging that Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted her after her repeated refusals. The Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network says it has received 21 percent more calls than usual in a surge the organization's vice president of communications attributes to the bravery of Weinstein's accusers.
Huett's New York-based lawyer, Jeff Herman, who specializes in sexual-abuse cases, told USA TODAY he and Huett aim to put the "Hollywood casting couch" culture on trial through the lawsuit. She agreed to meet with Weinstein after the hotel incident to establish a professional relationship in hopes of breaking into the entertainment industry.
"I want this to end", she said.
"I said I'm on my period, there's no way this is going to happen, please stop".

According to the Washington Post , government agencies have asked the president not to release some of the documents. Kennedy assassination experts say they don't think the last batch of papers contains any major bombshells.
Malthe said Wednesday that the Weinstein Co. cofounder raped her at the Sanderson Hotel in London in February 2008. Then, she said, he masturbated in front of her.
Messing participated in the #MeToo movement that took social media by storm over a week ago, revealing to her 439k followers that she's experienced sexual harassment or sexual assault.
"We need justice for these victims", said Allred.

A New York Times report said Weinstein settled sexual harassment claims with at least eight actresses and staffers. "I didn't think at that time that enough people were sharing their stories".
Pieces of the interview will air across the network's news shows, including Good Morning America, World News Tonight With David Muir and Nightline, as well as its digital and radio divisions.
