Former President Barack Obama has issued a statement about American college student Otto Warmbier, who died this week, days after being released from North Korea in a coma, after more than a year in captivity.

Moon's remarks on CBS's "This Morning" program came the day after the death of Warmbier. "I also urge North Korea to return these people to their families".
