North Korea's last two missile tests ended in failure, raising questions whether the US military could be using cyber methods to disrupt North Korea tests, CNN reported.

But the revelation could be damaging to the U.S. position in Asia, experts say, as it feeds the idea that President Trump cannot always be taken at his word.

"While all options are on the table", Pence said, "President Trump is determined to work closely with Japan, with South Korea, with all our allies in the region, and with China" to resolve the problem.

South Korea's trade surplus with the USA was US$4.4 billion (RM19.4 billion) in the first three months of this year, down from US$6.6 billion during the same period in 2016, according to Korea customs office data. In that time span, North Korea has engaged in at least five missile tests, the most recent of which resulted in failure this past weekend.
He also said, "We are with you 100 percent", adding that the USA always seeks peace.
"I think this is a common aspiration of the countries and a realistic way to resolve the North Korean nuclear issue", added Wang.
