"I think still his health and the judgement of his health rules the day".
Simmons who missed the entire 2016-17 season with a fractured foot took to social media to update fans on his status heading into the offseason. He has not been cleared for full contract five-on-five practice with the Sixers.
In the video post, Simmons says he's learned a lot as he spent time away from the game. For me I accepted the fact that I wasn't going to play and tried to get an advantage by learning the game and how the league works.
GST rates to be out closer to rollout date
According to the GST, the identical rates of taxes on the goods and services will be collected by the state and Center. The development marks another step in the government's resolve to roll out the unified tax regime by July 1.
Camerato noted Simmons didn't even play every contest of last year's summer league when he was healthy, so easing him back in makes sense. He had planned and hoped to play this season, but January 23 and February 23 scans showed the foot wasn't healing properly, resulting in the Sixers announcing he would miss the entire season. "Nobody can promise that I'm right".
Despite being 6-foot-10 coming out of LSU, Simmons himself was projected by many to possibly play point guard - or at least point forward - given his passing and ballhandling talents. "I don't know what that looks like when we are talking about the summer league". We would know a lot more in that regard had he had played and we could know a lot more in a summer league. Second, what kind of backcourt pairing will the Sixers need to complement him? Windhorst's report about Simmons not being likely to play this summer, though, runs counter to coach Brett Brown's hopes. He envisions a starting core with the players on the roster, even if they are now unavailable to be on the court. I think the whole being out for that long and people wanting to see me play, and fans obviously.
