Although the report says Arsenal have rebuffed Chelsea's initial overtures they now have a bid to consider and it is unclear whether they will decide to sell Oxlade-Chamberlain or not.

The Premier League champions have been linked to the England worldwide in recent weeks, while Liverpool have also been named as rumoured suitors.

Oxlade-Chamberlain has featured predominantly in a wing-back role for Arsenal in recent times following Arsene Wenger's switch to a 3-4-3 formation.

BetStars spokesman Ian Marmion said: "Chelsea are strong favourites, at 6/4, to take Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain away from Arsenal and offer him Champions League football".

Conte has made no secret that he's become increasingly frustrated at their transfer activity this summer as although they've signed four new players they still only have 14 available first team players heading in to the opening weekend of the new campaign.

Police found Woods stopped on the side of a Palm Beach-area road in his Mercedes-Benz at about 3am on May 29. It's not clear how he damaged the vehicle .

It comes after the winger featured in the Gunners' victory over Chelsea in this year's Community Shield on Sunday at Wembley.

The Daily Mail note that Chelsea are poised to make a £25M move for Oxlade-Chamberlain.

Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain had an average shot accuracy of 44% in the Premier League last season.

Arsenal are keen to keep hold of the 23-year-old, but with just one year remaining on his current deal, and the Gunners being reluctant to meet his wage demands, they could be forced to cash in or face losing him for nothing next summer.
