Amid partisanship, lawmakers unite for White House picnic

The suit also notes that presidential staffers use secret chat apps and encrypted messaging apps like Confide and Signal, which CREW says would violate federal law concerning presidential records.

Additionally, the lawsuit draws attention to Trump's use of his personal Twitter account. This time, it's over his record keeping.

The lawsuit points to an instance in November when Trump deleted a tweet about meeting with generals at his Mar-a-lago resort.
