Ohio gas prices drop again, to average of $2.12 for regular

Average retail gasoline prices in CT have fallen 4.0 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.48/g yesterday, according to GasBuddy's daily survey of 1,540 gas outlets in CT.

Average retail gas prices in Miami also took a dive, mimicking the state's 15-day streak of price dips.

Several oil-producing nations recently extended until next year a cutback in production implemented last fall to prop up prices worldwide.

According to GasBuddy historical data, gasoline prices on June 19 in NY state have ranged widely over the last five years: $2.43 per gallon in 2016, $2.95 in 2015, $3.89 in 2014, $3.75 in 2013 and $3.70 in 2012.

"Another week, another almost country-wide decline in average gasoline prices as crude oil prices struggle near the lowest levels of the year", said Patrick DeHaan, senior petroleum analyst for GasBuddy.

The national average was higher than the state's at $2.29 on Monday.

Fill up at Rocket Fuel on Flagler St. for a cheap $1.97 per gallon, the Gas Express across the street for $1.99 per gallon, or head to BJ's on Coral Way for just $2.13.

Hartford- $2.40/g, down 3.8 cents per gallon from last week's $2.44/g.

Florida gas prices averaged $2.27 on Sunday. They're now closest to the lowest prices of the year.

According to GasBuddy historical data, gasoline prices on June 19 in OH have ranged widely over the last five years: $2.51 per gallon in 2016, $2.76 per gallon in 2015, $3.80 per gallon in 2014, $3.67 per gallon in 2013, and $3.61 per gallon in 2012. As the summer vacation season heats up, Roseville and Rocklin area residents are seeing low prices push back toward the $2.60 per gallon level for regular unleaded.
