Parade! The royal family marched through London on June 17 for the annual Trooping the Colour ceremony. George (who was dressed in a super cute suspender outfit, naturally) continued his tradition of "over it" looks, but he couldn't help but get excited when jets from the Royal Air Force roared by overhead.

The Duchess of Cambridge donned a pretty pink dress by Alexander McQueen for the occasion, along with a matching Jane Taylor fascinator.

LONDON, ENGLAND - JUNE 17: Prince William, Duke of Cambridge and Princess Anne, The Princess Royal take part in the annual Trooping The Colour parade on June 17, 2017 in London, England.

This year's edition was not as festive as usual, given the apartment-building fire, the bombing at Manchester Arena and the terrorist attacks on Westminster and London bridges, and the queen acknowledged that in her statement.

On Saturday morning, the Queen released her official birthday message, which further paid tribute to the victims, which stated: "This year, however, it is hard to escape a very sombre national mood. During her reign, The Queen has attended Trooping the Colour every year except 1955 when it was cancelled because of the National Rail Strike".

Five Guardsmen were stretchered off Horse Guards Parade in all during the ceremony.

Japan logs first trade deficit in four months in May

A minute's silence was held by the Queen at the start of the Trooping the Colour parade on Saturday to remember the victims of the Greenfell Tower fire in West London, along with those killed in the recent United Kingdom terror attacks in London and Manchester.

At least four other guardsmen at the event are believed to have fallen victims to the higher-than-average temperatures on Saturday, also fainting.

Princess Anne, Prince William and the heir to the throne, Prince Charles, rode in the parade on horseback.

Trooping the Colour dates back to 1748 started by King George II, whose birthday was in November.

The spectacular royal event honors the birth of the ruling monarch, in this case Queen Elizabeth, who turned 91 in April.
