One of Philadelphia's "finest" surrendered himself in disgrace Tuesday, accused of child pornography possession and sexual abuse of children.

Folly faces charges of sexual abuse of children, possession of child pornography, and dissemination of child pornography. Court records showed Harris had multiple computer data storage and/or processing devices.

On November 17th 2016, members of the Special Victims Unit executed Search & Seizure Warrant at that location and seized a laptop computer, a desktop computer, and a computer tablet; those devices were submitted to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for forensic analysis, investigators say. The judge set bond for the defendant at $500 cash and $9,500 surety.

Officials turned several devices over to the Federal Bureau of Investigation for forensic analysis and discovered that Folly owned a laptop that had downloaded child pornography, according to police.

Trump agrees to keep U.S. in NAFTA
Another senior White House official declined to comment on "rumors" of specific actions. Trump could withdraw from NAFTA - but he would have to give six months' notice.

Separately, Chad Richard Howell, a former police officer in Pennsylvania's West Manchester Township is awaiting trial on charges of possessing child porn.

Police executed search warrants at the 40-year-old's home on April 20, as part of a six month child pornography investigation.

Police say they later learned that Philadelphia Police Officer Emmanuel Folly resided at that location with his parents. "Mr. Howell maintains his innocence".
