The 45th president arrived at the White House with quite a to-do list.
Noah then played a montage of Trump making promises on the campaign trail, including everything from cutting taxes to rebuilding in the military. None of these have been checked off yet.
In the beginning of April, Trump authorized the launch of 59 Tomahawk cruise missiles targeting Syrian president Bashar al-Assad's infrastructure and airfield following a devastating chemical weapons attack in a northwestern Syrian province thought to be perpetrated by Assad. On Apr. 23, a poll conducted by the Washington Post and ABC News showed Trump has a mere 42 percent approval rating, which the newspaper pointed out was "the lowest recorded at this stage of a presidency dating to Dwight Eisenhower".

The Rasmussen poll is likely to confuse USA media consumers following front page reports over the weekend from ABC News, the Washington Post, NBC News and the Wall Street Journal, which showed Trump's approval of between 40 and 42 percent. The previous president to hold Gallup's lowest approval ratings in the first quarter was Bill Clinton with a 55 percent approval rating.

On domestic matters, Trump has received the most applause for nominating Neil Gorsuch to the Supreme Court; Gorsuch was confirmed by the Senate after a partisan fight. Ryan has questioned whether a 15 percent rate can realistically be paid for, and he and Kevin Brady, chairman of the tax-writing House Ways and Means Committee, have said they're committed to revenue neutrality. Just 8.9 percent said they are afraid they'd lose their job to an immigrant.
Mainly, our poll shows that Americans are anxious about the possibility of losing their health care. "Fifty-six percent say he's accomplished little or nothing in his first 100 days".
"T$3 he bulk of Trump's accomplishments have been made through executive action or memorandum, something Republicans decried former President Barack Obama for doing during his second term", CNN said in its reporting. If almost 60 percent of Americans can't yet see that government at most levels, but particularly the federals, can't organize a two-car funeral, even with 50 overpaid bureaucrats on the job, then our future is very bleak indeed. Toomey says American troops could be headed there if the U.S.is serious about removing President Assad.
