Spurs head into the clash at Wembley buoyed after a weekend in which they hammered Bournemouth 4-0 before Chelsea were beaten 2-0 by Jose Mourinho's Manchester United.

Chelsea face some seemingly manageable assignments against Sunderland and Middlesbrough in the run-in to the finish line, but they also have a tricky prospect against Everton to deal with in that mix as well.

Fixtures against Chelsea are not just any other games for Jose Mourinho.

It was a signature win for Mourinho near the end of his first season at United.

At the heart of the home side's display was a virtuoso performance from midfielder Ander Herrera, with the Spanish global setting up the first goal and scoring the second. Hazard barely had a meaningful touch.

"I think everyone did what they had to do", Mourinho told Sky Sports.

Chelsea might be starting to wobble.

Still, the pressure is certainly on the leaders now.

"We must have great enthusiasm to play these last six games, with patience and a great will to fight". Tottenham will benefit in that their next four games are all based in London but they need more than that if they want to win the Premier League. "Because we keep two windows open to try to play Champions League football".

Mercedes boss admits team orders call wasn't easy to make
Having started the Bahrain GP in pole position, Mercedes' Valtteri Bottas was feeling disappointed after ending up in third place. Valtteri Bottas, who started from his first-ever pole position and led in the early stages, faded to third.

Dropping Ibrahimovic - United's top scorer this season with 28 goals - was another sign of that, but Mourinho insisted he wasn't prioritizing.

"We have a four-point advantage and at the start of the season we would have taken it at this stage". The two Manchester sides meet at the Etihad Stadium on 27 April.

We didn't play a good game and United deserved to win.

Referee Bobby Madley also missed what appeared to be a clear handball from Herrera as he intercepted Nemanja Matic's pass before sending Rashford clear for the opener.

Herrera looked to have handled the ball in the build-up to that goal but he wasn't penalized.

The impact of Chelsea's danger-men was nullified and the engine room, N'Golo Kante, had one of his more forgettable games in the centre of the park.

Additionally, their one shot in the first half was the lowest they had mustered in a first 45 minutes this season.

The Red Devils are fifth in the table with 60 points after 31 games.

Roberto Firmino fired Liverpool to a 1-0 victory at West Bromwich Albion on Sunday that moved Jurgen Klopp's men back into third place in the EPL.
