Manchester United are determined to land Romelu Lukaku ahead of Chelsea as Jose Mourinho plots a £160m double swoop for the Everton hitman and Antoine Griezmann, according to The Sun.
The Sun also claim that United are pressing ahead in their attempts to land Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann even if it means having to pay close to £90m for the French worldwide.
In the interview with Torres, to be broadcast on Saturday during the much-loved Football Focus programme, Torres says: "Where are you going to go to improve what you have in Atletico?" he said. Not many places in the world.
Of Griezmann, Torres says "The world is in his hands" amidst rumors of an over 100 million Euro offer from the likes of Manchester United.
A strike trio of Griezmann, Lukaku and Zlatan would become one of the most ferocious forces ever seen in the Premier League, and the United boss is keen to ensure it happens.
USA declines to brand China a currency manipulator
US President Donald Trump had repeatedly accused China of indulging in currency manipulation to boost exports. Many economists have argued that the Chinese currency, RMB, has been at equilibrium level in recent years.
"I hope he can stay with us forever".
Fernando Torres has told teammate Antoine Griezmann that there is "no reason to leave" Atletico Madrid, as no matter which club he joins it will not compare with his current side.
But Torres sees Griezmann as being at the ideal place to develop his career - citing his nearly-season past year as reason to stay at the club.
Mourinho let 23-goal Premier League leading scorer Lukaku leave his former club to begin with, first on loan to West Brom and then Everton before he made his Goodison move permanent. "I think he realises how hard it is to become champion, but he is right there", said Torres, "He has the world in his hands".
