Boosie Badazz has been arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a firearm while committing a crime, according to reports by the Newnan Times-Herald and Fox 8 Live.
After the vehicle pulled over in a Chick-fil-A parking lot, Sgt. Jeff Bugg approached the auto and spoke with the driver who just happened to be Boosie, real name Torrence Hatch Jr.
The Lousiana native was driving through Newnan, Georgia when he was pulled over by police because they claimed the deputy noticed a white Dodge Charger swerving and almost hitting another vehicle on a bypass, according to the Newnan-Herald Times. According to a report by The Newnan Times-Herald, it was not until the arresting officer approached the vehicle that he noticed the smell of marijuana.
Police reportedly searched the vehicle and found a bag of marijuana and a loaded 9mm handgun under the passenger seat, where Allen was sitting.

Investigators say there was also a bag filled with cash and a vape pen containing suspected THC oil, according to WAFB.
This is not the first time that Boosie Badazz is getting into serious legal troubles for drugs and gun.
Boosie, born Torrance Hatch, was formerly arrested on marijuana and gun possession charges in 2009. WSB-TV reports Hatch has since posted his $3,500 bond. TMZ reported that the rap star was traveling with former National Football League player Antonio Allen who was also arrested in the bust. Georgia's Coweta County police department told the Newnan Times-Herald that possession of a firearm by a convicted felon charges are now pending for both Allen and Boosie.
Both men are now being held in the Coweta County Jail.
