Fires have affected several skyscrapers in the United Arab Emirates.
Videos posted online show the flames spreading upwards while pieces of burning debris are falling onto the streets of Dubai's marina.
A government media spokesperson said the building had been successfully evacuated, and no injuries had been reported so far. The blaze is now burning at the 82-story Marina Torch building, where it is now Friday in the early morning hours.

The skyscraper was the tallest residential building in the world when it was opened in 2011 - and a recent extension means it now boasts 676 apartments and six stores.
The 2015 fire was brought under control quickly, with no fatalities and seven people treated for smoke inhalation.
In February 2015 hundreds of residents were evacuated from the same building after it was engulfed in flames in the early hours of the morning.
