A funeral for Otto Warmbier, seen here in North Korea in 2016, will be held Thursday at Wyoming High School, where he was an athlete and salutatorian of his 2013 class. Warmbier was released from detention in North Korea in a coma June 13 and died in a us hospital on June 19.

The activist, who said North Korean officials have told him directly of their concerns, spoke on the condition of anonymity to protect his identity.

Other well-known North Korea tour operators, including Koryo Tours, founded by British expatriates in Beijing, and Uri Tours, with offices in New Jersey and Shanghai, said this week that they were "reviewing" their policies for American citizens ahead of a possible travel ban that has been mooted by U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

China's state-run Global Times newspaper said Chinese officials must be wary that Warmbier's death might push Washington to put greater pressure on Beijing, but China would not act as a "US ally" on the issue.

Why? To make a political point, to show the US that this is what you get if you mess with North Korea. He was held for almost a year-and-a-half in North Korea before being sent home in a coma last week.

There are no indications so far, however, what the United States plans to do in response to Warmbier's death.

Almost 800 Americans visit North Korea every year, but tourist travel there is now under scrutiny following the death of 22-year-old Otto Warmbier, who died Monday after returning to the US from North Korea in a coma following 17 months in captivity for trying to steal a poster. "We're still considering our options".

White House press secretary Sean Spicer said the administration would "continue to apply economic and political pressure" on North Korea, in conjunction with USA allies and China, "to change this behavior and this regime".

Indeed, it is only by virtue of Falcinelli’s prowess in the final third that Crotone still remains in contention to survive. In Romelu Lukaku, Koeman has a player with the capability of firing Everton to far headier heights than seventh place.

"Our thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Warmbier's family and all who had the blessing of knowing him". He died surrounded by family in an OH hospital.

But Warmbier was not the only American languishing in North Korea's gulag-style prisons.

-North Korean tensions aggravated by dozens of North Korean missile launches and two nuclear bomb tests since past year in defiance of U.N. Security Council resolutions.

In March 2016, Kim Dong Chul, a 62-year-old Korean-American missionary, was sentenced to 10 years of hard labour for subversion.

Otto Warmbier died on Monday near his family home in OH after more than 15 months in North Korean captivity.

Warmbier arrived home last week in a coma following more than 17 months in North Korean captivity. He could not speak or move voluntarily, and his doctors said he suffered extensive brain damage.

South Korea also confirmed on Tuesday, June 20, that a crashed drone it discovered earlier this month was North Korean and photographs recovered from the drone show proof of its route from North Korea into South Korea. USA officials are aware that the site can be used for an underground test, but cannot yet tell if a sixth nuclear test is imminent.

President Donald Trump said on Monday that a "lot of bad things happened" to Mr Warmbier at the hands of the "brutal regime".
