Police said all the victims were members of the Muslim community.

The driver of the van - a white man aged 48 - was found detained by members of the public at the scene and then arrested by police in connection with the incident. He was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.
Many police cars and ambulances responded to the incident.
Another man told RT two of his cousins were injured in the incident. One was detained and two left the scene, the witnesses said. Witnesses said they saw him collapse shortly before the attack began.
Police say no other suspects have been identified, but their investigation continues.
Counter-terror police were investigating the incident.
Rabbi Herschel Gluck, president of Shomrim, a Jewish neighbourhood watch group, was at the police cordon to show "solidarity" with the community.
Another said the attacker shouted about killing Muslims as he was held by local people. "It is too early to state if his death was as a result of the attack", police commander Neil Basu said. He has been taken to hospital as a precaution and will be taken into custody once discharged. Several of those taken to the hospital were listed as "seriously injured".
He said he was "shocked by this horrific attack", and signaled solidarity with the Muslim community by announcing that he would be attending prayers at Finsbury Park mosque later Monday with Islington council leader Richard Watts. Around 10% of the borough's population is Muslim.
"There was this white van stopped outside Finsbury Park mosque that seemed to have hit people who were coming out after prayers had finished".

The Finsbury Park Mosque gained notoriety more than a decade ago for sermons by radical cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri, who was sentenced to life in a US prison in January 2015 after being convicted of terrorism-related charges.
Prime Minister Theresa May will chair an emergency meeting on Monday morning.
"Officers are on the scene with other emergency services", he said.
The Muslim Council of Britain today condemned what is widely being described as a terror attack that has taken place at Finsbury Park in London.
The chairman of the Finsbury Park Mosque, Mohammed Kozbar, has complained that the "mainstream media" was unwilling to call the attack a terrorist incident for many hours. This was a terrorist attack.
"What we have seen throughout - whether in the heroism of the ordinary citizens who fought off the attackers at London Bridge; the unbreakable resolve of the residents in Kensington; or this morning the spirit of the community that apprehended this attacker - is that this is an extraordinary city of extraordinary people", she said.
On his Facebook page, Khan at the time called on Londoners "to pull together, and send a clear message around the world that our city will never be divided by these ugly individuals who seek to harm us and destroy our way of life".
Police say a suspect was arrested immediately after the attack, which is being treated as a terrorist incident.
The incident occurred outside the Muslim Welfare House, a charity, community center and mosque, according to the Muslim Council of Britain, which represents more than 500 Muslim institutions and mosques in the United Kingdom. The victims were thought to have been taking part in taraweeh - extra prayers at night - in the month of Ramadan.
