The court announced that the evidence by the CBI was also enough to convict Feroz, the second name on the accused list. The court has set Monday as the next hearing date to decide on arguments on the quantum of sentence to be awarded. In his verdict, Judge Sanap termed Dossa a member of the "core group of conspirators", and the one "who initiated the first step towards achieving the main object of conspiracy by sending arms and ammunitions to India".
Abu Salem was found guilty of transporting arms and weapons from Gujarat to Mumbai.

Accused Mustafa Dossa was found guilty of conspiracy, murder and terror activities in the case.
The dastardly attacks left 257 people dead, 713 seriously injured and destroyed properties worth Rs 27 crore. Yakub Memon was executed on July 30, 2015, after several pleas for clemency were rejected.
