Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant (35), forward Draymond Green (23), center Zaza Pachulia (27) and guard Stephen Curry (30) during the fourth quarter against the Cleveland Cavaliers in game four of the Finals for the 2017 NBA Playoffs at Quicken Loans Arena.
"Yeah, they're fine", Green said about the incident.
And all of this was the subtext of Friday night's one-man postgame performance. Hopefully things are a bit more under control for Game 5. He needs to give the Warriors the versatile All-Star who is their defensive anchor.
Callahan and Goble said they weren't aware Green was marked down for the first technical, instead of Kerr, until the scorer's table informed them Green should be disqualified. "So I knew I didn't have a technical foul, but still trying to figure out why did I get the second one".
Of course, nothing Babers yelled, said or tweeted during the game excuses the arguments and scuffles that occurred afterwards.
Draymond does it a very different way, and you can tell that he feels this moment is a particularly significant one for the Warriors.
Bray Wyatt's Wife Files for Divorce Alleging Affair with WWE Announcer JoJo
Wyatt reportedly has filed an injunction in response to his wife's divorce filing in which he seeks her silence about their split. Samantha's response read, "It is a shame that the Husband would make such false claims and attempt such media gaming.
"I'm sure we can go over the last 40 seconds and say we'd do things differently, but obviously we just didn't get it done".
"I don't pay much attention to anybody in Cleveland, honestly", Green said after his team took a beating in Game 4. "Let me get my money's worth if I'm going to get some techs".
But then in Game 7, Green put on a tour de force: 32 points, 15 rebounds, nine assists, 11-for-15 shooting (6-for-8 from 3-point distance) in 47 minutes ... and yet the Warriors still lost, 93-89, and Cleveland celebrated the championship on the Warriors' home floor. Even better than good behavior would be good basketball, and Green hasn't provided much in this series. I speak to him, they T me up. OK. Get ready for all of the "Warriors blew a 3-1 lead" memes to emerge.
"They did a good job of attacking early and it opened up their three-point game", said Durant, who had a team-high 35 points.
It didn't matter in the end, at least not this time.
