"Mike Callahan came up to John (Goble) and asked who the technical was on and he said, 'Kerr.' So I knew I didn't have a technical foul".
"The procedure is to advise the table who the technical foul is on and with the player we give a number".
Babers-Green got the last laugh at the end of the night knowing her son is on the brink of winning his second NBA Finals with a 3-0 lead. "We informed the table that it was not his second technical foul".
Another eventful Game 4 of the NBA Finals for Draymond Green - even after it appeared he'd been ejected in this one.
Said Goble: "After calling the loose-ball foul on Draymond Green (in the first quarter), I noticed the reaction by Coach Kerr and then assessed a technical foul".
The public address man at Quicken Loans Arena had announced that the first technical was on Green and no correction or explanation was ever given to the crowd when Green remained in the game.
Jury gets case in Cosby sex assault trial
Steele, continuing to address defense statements, said a "romantic interlude" did not exist between Constand and Cosby. Cosby also acknowledged that he obtained Quaaludes, a prescription sedative, in the 1970s to give to young women.
"I didn't get one", Green said.
His technicals - the one called and the one that wasn't - overshadowed his shooting and rebounding. "I'm pretty sure Draymond won't get suspended for Game 5".
"Some things just never change, right?"
When asked about how much the fans have repeatedly heckled him, Green took it as a form of flattery.
"The first tech was on Steve, which I didn't understand".
While this will have plenty of Clevelanders foaming at the mouth, I can't help but love it. Draymond is an essential ingredient to what makes this rivalry so damn good, and it goes to show you how important that these two teams can keep it close in the coming years to catch the Lakers-Celtics rivalry of the 80s. Given the way the teams performed, though, it had real no influence on the outcome.
