Keith Urban wins big at CMT Awards, Underwood makes history

Actress Nicole Kidman stepped out Wednesday evening for the 2017 CMT Music Awards in support of husband Keith Urban, who won four awards at the event in Nashville. The CMT Music Awards will be held in Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee, but fans all over the country can check out the ceremony online or on TV.

"I was just saying Nashville is awesome and the food is incredible and if I lived here, I would literally be 300 pounds", the singer, 27, told CMT, sharing that he's been eating "brisket, barbecue and fried fish".

Nominated for this award this year are Brett Eldredge ("Wanna Be That Song'), Carrie Underwood ("Church Bells"), Brad Paisley ("Today"), Cole Swindell ("Middle of a Memory"), Dierks Bentley ft". The live show will feature performances from Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Lady Antebellum and Florida Georgia Line, among others.

She also opened up about the lyrics behind her other hit, "Tin Man", which she performed at the ACM Awards in Las Vegas.

Special pairings are a big part of the CMT Music Awards.

The 2017 CMT Music Awards will air on the broadcasting network CMT on June 7 at 8pm.
