Draymond Green un-ironically blasts Kelly Olynyk for being a dirty player

We have Draymond Green to thank for stirring the pot on Olynyk's questionable play.

Forward Kelly Oubre Jr. of the Washington Wizards has been suspended for Sunday's Game 4 against the Boston Celtics after being ejected for knocking a player to the floor, the National Basketball Association announced on Saturday.

Of course, many people feel Green is not one to talk when it comes to playing dirty, given his history.

Both teams feature matchups that present challenges to the Cavaliers, with Boston's feisty point guard Isiah Thomas among the league's best fourth quarter scorers, and Washington's backcourt duo of John Wall and Bradley Beal boasting blazing speed and quickness to the rim.

"I think we've got to control our emotions", Brooks said after Game 3 in relation to Oubre's aggression.

"He's a small guy, so at the end of the day, if you got three players around you, how can you make a pass?" asked Wizards forward, Markieff Morris. "But I don't care".

Meanwhile, cynics chuckled at Green - who was suspended in last year's NBA Finals, and occasionally moves his legs in kicking-style motions - becoming an advocate of clean play. "They know who to go at", Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas said. "I just wanted to come in and just be physical with him".

"It's a joke that he said that", said Thomas.

Before they were walking the streets with their heads low."The Arsenal fans are happy and I am happy for them". Mourinho made eight changes to the team that beat Celta Vigo in the first leg of the Europa League semi-final.

But does Thomas think Olynyk is on Green's level?

Oubre went on to say that he would learn from his mistakes, and said that the Wizards are a "next man up" team where other players will step in for him on Sunday.

Turning serious, he added, "No, he's nowhere near dirty". It's just a couple of occasions (where it's been), wrong time, wrong place.

Despite some questionable plays, Olynyk has only been assessed three technical fouls in his four-year National Basketball Association career.

"That's ridiculous", Olynyk said. "My teammates know who I am", said Olynyk according to ESPN.

"I mean, I know who I am". "I know what I am, what I do and what I stand for. My teammates know, and that's all that matters".

They finished off the Raptors about an hour before Game 4 between the Celtics and Wizards tipped off in Washington. "I just want him to focus on that". Coach Brad Stevens later highlighted some of the main points of emphasis during a conference call with the media. Whistled for a foul on the play, Olynyk was discussing the call with an official when Oubre ran his way. Golden State's go-to strategy against LeBron is to go under the pick and dare him to beat them with his jumper, because that's less unsafe than him on the drive, but if LeBron is knocking down those shots a Finals rubber match just got a lot more interesting.
