Two exit polls have predicted a landslide victory for the BJP in the MCD polls, giving over 200 of the 270 wards to the saffron party. They even went on to say, why AAP didn't raise any issues over the EVMs when the party won 67 out of 70 seats in Delhi Assembly polls.

ABP News, too, has forecast a huge victory for BJP, giving it 88 of 104 seats in the north, 83 of 104 in the south and 47 of 64 in the east. "Judging by the surveys and media reports, I believe we will get more than 220 seats", Sanjeev Sharma, Delhi BJP secretary, said.
If we are to believe the exit polls for MCD elections BJP is the clear victor, and in all probability will retain Delhi for the third consecutive term.
Former Delhi minister and BJP leader Arvind Singh Lovely also could not cast his vote as there were some problems in the EVMs at the polling booth in East Azad Nagar area. Over 1.32 crore eligible voters are likely to exercise their franchise at 13,022 polling booths across Delhi. State Election Commission (SEC) Delhi has set up 35 centres for counting of the votes. It had demanded the state Election Commission to use ballot papers instead of EVMs.

A team of lawyers led by some BJP leaders filed the complaint at the North Avenue Police Station on the direction of Delhi BJP President Manoj Tiwari.
