The 100-day benchmark often cited to measure a new United States administration's achievements is a "ridiculous standard", Donald Trump has said.
The president said Thursday that Republicans will have a health care solution "soon" but could not commit to having it done by the 100 day mark. He declared a bank holiday to stop the run on withdrawals and called Congress immediately into session to pass legislation to help farmers and the unemployed and create a federal jobs program.
Well, he did accomplish one thing at least, having the lowest 100-day approval rating in the entire history of polling. Most recently, President Barack Obama entered office during a major economic upheaval unleashed by a global financial crisis which had unfolded during the presidential campaign.
He might not have a reputation for being the most tech-savvy of presidents, but in January, following a briefing on Russia's interference during the election, Donald Trump promised to appoint a team of experts to deal with cybersecurity threats within 90 days of taking office.
"Whether it is our government, organizations, associations or businesses we need to aggressively combat and stop cyberattacks", Trump said.

That if he won it would be because of a promise to implement a series of changes that would give power back to the people, and, in Trump's own famous words "Make America great again".
Trump will make his first worldwide trip as president in late May, attending a North Atlantic Treaty Organisation meeting in Brussels and the annual summit of the Group of Seven leading industrialized nations, hosted this year in Sicily. It became a key point of his candidacy: elect him and we'd see immediate action, all before April 29, 2017.
