On Tuesday, Lady Gaga and Prince William had a candid conversation about mental health in one epic FaceTime you have to see to believe.
Last year Lady Gaga released an open letter through her Born This Way Foundation revealing that she lives with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
From Lady Gaga's kitchen and the Duke of Cambridge's Kensington living room, the two agreed that they would meet up in the United Kingdom this October to continue their work towards ending the stigma that continues to surround mental health, Lady Gaga saying "we have to make the strongest, most relentless attempt we can to normalise mental health issues". Prince William said: "It's so important to break open that fear and that taboo".
"For me, every morning waking up sad and going on stage is very hard to describe", she explained. Heads Together most recently launched a series of films centered around the importance of speaking up about mental health.
"There is a lot of shame attached to mental illness, you feel like something's wrong with you", the singer told Prince William from her home in Hollywood.
In fact, donning a floral blouse and showing off freshly straightened brunette tresses, Gaga looked positively demure - you might even say she seemed to be channelling the chic style of the Duke of Cambridge's wife Kate. She also noted how those facing mental health challenges no longer have to hide.

Published by the charity CALM, Calmzine hopes to tackle issues surrounding men's mental health.
"There may be a time and a place for the "stiff upper lip" but not at the expense of your health", he said.
"The little bits that I've learnt about mental health is that it's ok to have that conversation; it's really important to have that conversation and that you won't be judged", he said.
The father of two also invited Gaga to meet up with him in October in the United Kingdom so they could collaborate on a future project with Heads Together.
