Real Housewives of NY star Luann D'Agostino's 22-year-old daughter, Victoria de Lesseps, was arrested and charged with driving while under the influence earlier this month, ET can confirm. Police say Victoria was driving a 2003 Land Rover when officers saw she was driving without headlights upon a traffic stop.
Victoria was pulled over on Main Street in Sag Harbor, New York (in the Hamptons), the night of April 7. A Breathalyzer test was administered but the department "does not release BAC [breath-alcohol content]", she said. In December 2016, she married fiancé Tom D'Agostino in Palm Beach, Florida, in a New Year's Eve ceremony.
