Investigators said the suspect, identified as Steve Stephens, killed a 74-year-old passerby in Cleveland on Sunday and posted the video of the killing on Facebook.

In the video, Stephens claimed to have killed more than a dozen other people.

Stephens is a 6'1 Black male, 244 pounds, has a full beard and is driving a new white Ford Fusion with OH temporary tags. Police said he might be driving a white or cream-coloured Ford Fusion, and asked anyone who spots him or his vehicle to call police or a special Federal Bureau of Investigation hotline (800-CALLFBI).

The suspect, Steve Stephens, also claimed to have committed multiple other homicides. Authorities are considering Stephens to be armed and unsafe and suggest that anyone who believes they know of his whereabouts do not approach him and contact law enforcement immediately. It was first reported that the homicide was broadcast live, but a Facebook spokesperson told CNN it was previously recorded then uploaded to the social media site.

Facebook released a statement on the incident Sunday night, calling it a "horrific crime" and saying that it works hard to "keep a safe environment on Facebook". Authorities have warned people in Pennsylvania, New York, Indiana and MI to be alert for him, and the FBI is assisting in the investigation. The elderly man who was shot in the video was apparently a random victim, police said. It is believed the video was on Facebook for three hours before it was deleted.

Godwin's family said he spent Easter morning fishing.

Bixby is expected to become more and more capable in the coming months and years as more and more apps feature voice activation. However, the company said in a statement that the Bixby Voice feature would be rolled out only in Spring.

Late Sunday, police issued an aggravated murder warrant for him and in a statement said that he may have traveled out of state.

The victim's son, Robert Godwin Jr., said his father was a retired foundry worker and was a "good guy".

On Sunday, Green learned about the shooting when her youngest son told her about the video.

Stephens worked at Beech Brook, a behavioral health agency headquartered in Pepper Pike, near Cleveland.

In other parts of the video, Stephens says he has "snapped" and accused his family of blowing him off whenever he'd try to talk to them. But Stephens remains at large as the hunt for him expands in OH and neighbouring states, they said.

He helped young people develop job skills and find employment, said Beech Brook spokeswoman Nancy Kortemeyer.
