U.S. President Donald Trump on Tuesday will be making his first visit to Wisconsin since taking office.
The visit to the toolmaker Snap-on is seen by some as a strategic move by Trump, who was spurred to victory in November by working-class voters in Wisconsin.
Kenosha's unemployment rate remains over five-percent, which is higher than the statewide average.
