Premier League leaders, Chelsea, have had a superb season under Italian manager, Antonio Conte, with a comfortable lead over second-placed Tottenham Hotspur.

There was plenty of drama and emotion in those two games, and that will undoubtedly be the case on Sunday as well, prompting Conte to publicly urge his team to keep their heads and concentration.

Eden Hazard was in sparkling form as Chelsea restored their seven-point lead at the top of the Premier League table with a 3-1 win over Bournemouth. I'm not sure you could point to a specific game or moment that doomed Sunderland.

Asked if United will gain extra motivation by attempting to dent Chelsea's title drive, Conte replied: "I do not know about this, I think Manchester United for sure will have good motivation, because we are playing against Chelsea".

"We have seven finals left, every game is going to be massive, we are going to have to play each game as the last one because we need the points to get closer to the title". We are having a good season but we want it to become a great season.

Claudio Ranieri pretty much swept the board for these awards last season as he guided Leicester City to a surprise league title win, and indeed the former Foxes manager will be on Monday Night Football giving his take of what went wrong for the club, leading ultimately to his dismissal in February, in the months after.

The Chelsea forward reached 14 league goals in a season for the third time in four years as the Blues beat the Cherries 3-1.

Spurs have been in red hot form with six wins in a row to put the pressure on Chelsea.

With a tricky trip to Goodison Park the only other tough-looking tie for the Blues, Conte knows that if he can navigate these two games successfully then their work is nearly done.

Whatever part Hazard played in Jose Mourinho's Chelsea sacking in December 2015, the 26-year-old has now hit back to his best under new Blues boss Antonio Conte.

Hazard had scored three goals in three previous appearances against Bournemouth and, when a long Kante ball sent him through on goal, he continued the streak by rounding Boruc to slot home from a tight angle. Chelsea were not too keen to press Guardiola's side high, and instead preferred to settle in the stability of a low 5-4-1 block. If he is able to improve this situation he will be a top, top player.

Aguero squeezed in a second goal three minutes after halftime, set up by Raheem Sterling, who also created the third with a short pass that Fabian Delph thumped in for his first league goal of the season.
