On Tuesday, the National Organization for Women called for Bill O'Reilly to be fired and for an independent investigation into the culture at Fox News . Fox News executive vice-president ad sales Paul Rittenberg said in a statement: "We value our partners and are working with them to address their current concerns about The O'Reilly Factor".
