Kim Jong Un and Donald Trump impersonators were held for questioning by Vietnamese police after they appeared in Hanoi, where the U.S. and North Korean leaders will meet next week for a second summit.

Biegun said after his North Korea visit his talks had been "productive" but there was "hard work to do" before the summit. "Through negotiations, with dialogue, we want to help North Korea of course", said Canada-born Mr White, dressed at US President Trump.

With less than a week to go before the second North Korean summit, negotiators from both sides are working to come to an agreement about the definition of denuclearization. The flags of Vietnam, the United States and North Korea lined main roads, alongside a summit emblem depicting two hands clasped inside a blue circle.

His marked resemblance to the North Korean leader has thrust him into worldwide limelight, particularly after he was filmed by Reuters.

"The most effective way (to resolve the issue) is for Trump to tell Kim the families' feelings", said Sakie Yokota, 83, the mother of Megumi Yokota, who was abducted to North Korea in 1977 when she was 13.

Conservative news outlets in Seoul voiced worries that the U.S. will ease some sanctions on North Korea without a "final, fully verified denuclearization".

Mr Trump said on Tuesday that he was in no rush for North Korea to denuclearise as long as it ultimately did so.

It was not clear if Kim would take the thousands of km (miles) journey from the North Korean capital, Pyongyang, through China to the Vietnamese border, or first fly to a nearby Chinese city and then take the train.

Pompeo said denuclearization is "what we have to get for the American people".

Their first summit in Singapore last June generated significant coverage and optimism but delivered very few concrete developments.

The real Jong-un could soon be as jovial as their impersonators.
