This was their fifth meeting, with the German yet to win a set.

CoCo Vandeweghe advanced to the fourth round at Wimbledon for the third consecutive year with a 6-2, 6-4 victory over Alison Riske.

"They have time to figure out how they're going to prep them for Monday".

With his 85th, 86th and 87th successes so far, Federer has eclipsed Jimmy Connors (84) as the most prolific victor at Wimbledon in history, while he also chalked up his 10,000th ace en route to a fourth-round meeting on Monday with Dimitrov. And although the once nicknamed "Baby Fed" has not reached the heights he would have hoped, he did reach the last four at the Australian Open this year. While Federer has won a record 18 Grand Slam titles, Mischa has one quarterfinal appearance at a major on his resume - at the Australian Open this January, when he lost to - yes, of course - Federer. His second-round opponent was the Serbian Dusan Lajovic, in a match of high quality on Centre Court in a 7-6 6-3 6-2 win.

The Swiss was rarely trouble in a routine 7-6 (3) 6-4 6-4 victory over Mischa Zverev, to book his spot in the second week of The Championships. After dropping the opening set, Kerber trailed 3-1 in the second before turning things around.

The Serb prevailed 6-4, 6-1, 7-6 (2) to set a fourth-round meeting with unseeded Adrian Mannarino who upset fellow Frenchman and number 15 Gael Monfils 7-6 (3), 4-6, 5-7, 6-2, 6-2, Xinhua news agency reported.

Dudi Sela became the ninth man to retire from a match at this year's Wimbledon tournament, stopping his third-round match against 13th-seeded Grigor Dimitrov while trailing 6-1, 6-1.

Putin says Trump accepts Russian Federation didn't meddle in election
The one thing we don't want is for our political process to ever be influenced or tainted in any way. Putin also praised Trump as a strong negotiator who quickly grasps various issues.

How do they match up?

"Murray has had issues with a hip injury over the last few years, so instead of playing through it at Queens and getting himself reacquainted with grass court tennis he made the decision to sacrifice game time to ensure he's at his best when it counts". He is known for his hustle, athleticism, fluid style of play and exceptional shot making.

"I think when it does get very hot, the sun beats down on the court for the entire day, I do feel the courts do get a tad slippery, just because there's all this dead grass, in the middle in particular, because it's not attached any more", Federer said.

Dimitrov has shown fine form so far at Wimbledon and has dropped only 18 games, and having always been regarded as one of tennis bright and upcoming stars is finally seeming to realise his potential.

At 35, Federer is the oldest man remaining in the draw but as he has already proved this season he is moving with all the poise and panache that underpinned his dominance of more than a decade ago. But Federer is yet to lose to Dimitrov in their previous five encounters, and Dimitrov will have to be at his best to be in with a chance of beating Federer, who has been in such magnificent form in 2017 so far.

From the second set on, Federer was in complete control.

Riske, who won the match, said afterward that the dirt "is like ice".
