A high rise building block in Belfast may have the same outside combustible cladding as London's Grenfell Tower.

The move comes as residents of thousands of tower blocks around Britain expressed concern about safety after commonly used building materials were blamed for rapidly spreading the blaze at Grenfell Tower.
While the new information provides details about the fire's source, McCormack said investigators are working to determine why the blaze spread so quickly and with such tragic effects.
"Preliminary tests show the insulation samples collected from Grenfell Tower combusted soon after the test started", McCormack told journalists gathered outside Scotland Yard.

One of those buildings, Durham House - which is made up of one and two bedroom flats on Durham Street - has been found to have similar cladding to that on Grenfell Tower.
In addition to to the faulty appliance, cladding on the outside of the building and insulation failed tests.
