"The Board unanimously voted to adopt all the recommendations of the Holder Report", Uber said in a statement, TechCrunch reported.

In order to take corrective measures to fix the system, Uber also recently hired Francis Frei from Harvard Business School as SVP of Leadership and Strategy to offer leadership support to CEO Travis Kalanick. Multiple media outlets reported Sunday that the board was considering a leave of absence for Kalanick.

Recode reported the incident, claiming the records were obtained as Uber was concerned the woman's claim was part of a smear campaign engineered by rival ride-sharing company Ola. Uber's valuation has climbed to almost $70 billion. In the aftermath he said "I must fundamentally change as a leader and grow up".

In total, 215 claims of harassment were investigated by the legal firm Perkins Coie LLP and, while 100 cases have now been dropped, a further 57 are still under investigation.

Congress is considering an investigation into Uber's tracking practices following complaints from consumer groups. The often abrasive chief executive has taken hits over the way he runs the company, after several former employees complained of sexual harassment and a "bro culture" and Kalanick himself was filmed berating a driver. It has been threatened by boycotts, sued and subject to a federal investigation that it used a fake version of its app to thwart authorities looking into whether it is breaking local laws.

Holder's broad investigation into Uber's office culture was launched after the public complaints about sexism which rocked the company earlier this year. The Nestle executive is the second female board member, after Arianna Huffington.

Indiana Democrats, Republicans React To Senate Health Bill
The new bill is meant to walk a delicate line in its relatively modest tweaks to the measure that passed the House last month. GOP officials said the Affordable Care Act doesn't cover enough people, so they're pushing a plan that covers fewer people.

Uber spokesman Matt Kallman said that he wasn't sure the company would make a statement after the meeting.

Kalanick also faces personal crisis, as his mother died at the end of May when she was involved in a boating accident. Kalanick's father suffered moderate injuries.

A source briefed on the matter said the board will also possibly discuss Kalanick taking time off from the company.

The company has faced high turnover in its top ranks.

In 2014, Michael threatened to dig up dirt on a journalist who covered the company.

Michael played a pivotal but oftentimes controversial role in building Uber into the $69 billion ride-hailing giant it is today.
