The Spanish prosecutors have accused the Portuguese coach of two counts of tax fraud dating back to 2011 and 2012, when he was Real Madrid head coach.
Ronaldo and Mourinho are the latest members of the soccer elite to be accused of tax fraud in Spain.
Gestifute, a Portuguese-based soccer agency which represents Mourinho and Ronaldo, did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Di Maria initially agreed in February of this year to pay 1.45 million euros.
