Lucas Digne says Barcelona were better than bitter rivals and LaLiga champions Real Madrid last season as the France worldwide paid tribute to the work of former boss Luis Enrique.
It's noted by the Italian newspaper that although the main objective of the reported meeting between Inter official Piero Ausilio met and Barcelona's Ariedo Braida was to talk through the possible transfer of out-of-favour Barca right-back Aleix Vidal, the availability of Iniesta was also discussed. Still that is not enough for a club like Barca of course.
But, although the Italian still has four years on his contract to run, Barcelona are confident they can land the player after his recent announcement that he wants to leave the French club. There's no other discussion.
