As far as impeachment, he said, "I don't think we're there yet".
Kasich said the FBI investigation into the Trump administration needs to be completed in order to move forward.
Both Sanders and Kasich ran unsuccessful campaigns for president. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) put the heat on Republicans to step up and hold Trump accountable.
Sanders has been calling for a special prosecutor to lead the investigation into the Trump administration's possible ties to Russian Federation, as well as for an independent FBI director who is not involved with the Trump administration, at least since Comey was sacked last week.

Kasich on Comey: 'This is not a time for Republicans to hide'
With controversy swirling around the White House, a number of pundits and politicians have started using serious language regarding the future of Donald Trump's presidency. Frankly, I think he should be more aggressive.
"I don't like people who say, 'I told you so, ' but". "There is a learning process for when you become president, there is a learning process for anybody". Sanders disagreed. He believes that the president is a smart guy and that something else is going on. Sanders asked Kasich. "Is he a liar". "Let the facts speak for themselves and then we can draw a conclusion", he said.
"Well, you know, sometimes he says things I don't agree with and I think they don't resemble the facts", Kasich said. "And this president had better learn what it's like to be president and not share classified information with people who do not wish us well". The memo was supposedly written by Comey himself shortly after meeting Trump, one day after Flynn's firing.
Sanders then criticized Trump for choosing to share this information with Russian Federation, but not with the United States' closest allies. Bill Maher is well known for his uncompromising criticism of Republicans, and so-called liberal Democrats like the "Bernie of bust" crew who didn't vote previous year for Hillary Clinton, who beat their hero, Vermont Sen.
