After reports of the revival made news weeks ago, Roseanne sparked interest from several outlets, including Netflix, but ultimately the show's former home won out in the end.
Not only is "Roseanne" getting a reboot, but we also get both Beckys.
"The Conners' joys and struggles are as relevant - and hilarious - today as they were then", ABC Entertainment President Channing Dungey said in an announcement Tuesday morning.
"The one thing I will say is it is planned for midseason", Dungey says. "We're still at the early stages".

The revival will be a limited series of eight episodes, and will feature multiple original cast members including Roseanne Barr as Roseanne, John Goodman as Dan, Sara Gilbert as Darlene, Laurie Metcalf as Jackie, Michael Fishman as D.J., and Lecy Goranson as Becky.
Running from 1988 to 1997 for nine seasons, Roseanne was hailed for its realistic portrayal of the working class American family. Sitcom veteran Bruce Helford, who worked on "Roseanne" in 1992-93, comedian and writer Whitney Cummings and Tony Hernandez ("Broad City", "Full Frontal with Samantha Bee") are also exec producers.
The show returns to TV after 20 years off the air, although some of the actors from the show have managed to stay in the spotlight.
"Roseanne" marks the latest old series to be brought back for new episodes. No date has been set for its return.
