Diego Costa could not contain his excitement during Chelsea's title celebrations

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has maintained his winning golden touch after capturing the Premier League crown last night.

It is the Italian's fourth top-flight title - also winning Serie B with Bari - and continues a hugely impressive league record in three seasons at Juventus and his debut campaign in England.

We are of course guaranteed a place in the Europa League should we miss out on the top-four, and we now have a more-than capable squad to win that competition, but I would much prefer us to rotate our squad throughout the competition and concentrate on trying to win the Premier League.

"It's important for me and also my players because don't forget that last season was a bad season for the club, the players and the fans".

"You have to cherish these moments, you work so hard all season to be where we are", said Chelsea defender and stand-in captain Gary Cahill. People have written us off as a team and individually and this has shut them up.

"It's that little bit of quality we need and we want and we will be looking to bring in for next year".

It did not stop when he got back to the dressing room, seen teasing staff members and was not going to let Antonio Conte off without a champagne shower! "Then, what's going to happen with Diego Costa...?"

West Brom offered the odd counter-attack but the one-way traffic continued after the break as Victor Moses was denied by a splendid low save by Ben Foster.

Antonio Conte admitted he would likely have been sacked by Chelsea within the first two months of the season had he not changed formation, according to Tony Pulis.

Six minutes after replacing a tiring Pedro, the striker signed from Olympique de Marseille for 33 million pounds ($42.5 million), stuck out a leg to net Cesar Azpilicueta's cutback, despite a valiant attempt by Foster to keep it out. "The way he's held himself this year and the results have been different class".

Mourinho accused him of over-celebrating during United's capitulation in October and, along with Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger, has branded Conte's side "defensive".

"I am happy. Very happy".

"I think that now it's very important to enjoy this moment and celebrate this win because to win in England is not easy", Conte told reporters at The Hawthorns.

Conte's side will now aim to add another title in their account when they face Arsenal in the FA Cup final on May 27.

"It's great...this is a dream - a dream that is coming true".

If they achieve that feat it will be the club's first double since the 2009-10 season under Conte's compatriot Ancelotti.
