Abby Lee Miller is facing her sentencing today after pleading guilty for her fraud and money laundering cases. But Miller has always played it off as a tough love. She had initially filed for bankruptcy in 2010, but in the filing, did not include her contract with "Dance Moms".

Original cast members Lukasiak and her daughter, Chloe, along with Kelly Hyland and her daughters, Brooke and Paige, quit the show in 2014 after conflicts with Miller. But Miller's attorneys say her creditors were made whole after the fraud was discovered so probation is more suitable.

According to People, Miller was charged with attempting to hide $775,000 of income from her Lifetime series and its spin off "Abby's Ultimate Dance Competition" during Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. All the same, Miller said that she was trying to think about the court case as little as possible.

Miller will also have to pay a 40 thousand dollar fine, and $120,000, the amount she reportedly smuggled into the US from the Down Under. Miller admitted to ET on Monday when she arrived in court that she was "nervous" about the outcome of her hearing, but was stoic when the judge read her sentence. "If I thought about it every day, I'd just sit around and cry".

Another Dance Moms star who's got Abby's back is 12-year-old Maes Caesi.

Graham: 'I want to know more about Trump's business dealings'
Trump fired Flynn on February 13, citing broken trust over Flynn's misleading of Pence on his conversations with the ambassador. He went on to say that Yates was not excited about Trump taking office before getting interrupted by a reporter.

An initial report stated that Abby Lee Miller can be thrown behind the bars for only thirty days and will be demanded to pay for her fines. While Abby Lee Miller and her representatives plan to request for a probation, the state now joins the side of the prosecutors who are requesting for her to be locked up for at least two years.

"I never meant to stiff anybody", she said.

"I'm certainly ashamed to be meeting you for the first time in this manner", she told the judge.

A few of Miller's friends were seated in the last row of the courtroom and two of the women went up to greet her and show their support. She's started with the physical, going under the knife for a second time in a year.
